After another trip to the car boot I came
back with a whole load of teacups, and feeling a lot happier!
After another week of sketching, I’d come
up with a number of different ideas, in the end choosing to make a chandelier.
In hindsight I think I was to locked onto lighting after my last module.
Now this turned out to be hard to create
than I expected, teacups are hard to drill through! After managing to glue and
drill them together, I could simple thread the lighting cable through and
secure it to a bulb fitting. A becoming a dab hand in electrics!
After completing the chandelier I found
myself with some extra tea cups so I simply made them into a little lamp and
bought a shade to go on top.
