Experimenting
After making the ‘chandelier’ out of cutlery I thought it might be interesting to looking into how I could alter the cutlery in some way. After a bit of thought I started to experiment with heat, wondering how it would melt.
I found it quite intriguing how there was not pattern to the effect, by using what I would call an extreme hair dryer, start to play.
I found that I could easily join the pieces and a mold them into any shape I desired, and managed to mold them around a bowl to make what looks like a 
fruit bowl.
This piece also reminds me of the bowl made from toy soldiers by Dominic Wilcox,
